Homelessness

I believe in housing as a right, and that sentiment will guide my decision-making. Homelessness is a pressing concern in Hillsboro, and I am determined to tackle this issue head-on. I believe in taking a compassionate and comprehensive approach to address homelessness, focusing on providing access to affordable housing, mental health services, and supportive resources. I have been working collaboratively with community organizations, such as Project Homeless Connect Washington County and Home Plate Youth Services, and will work with local government agencies, and stakeholders to develop effective strategies that help individuals experiencing homelessness regain stability and dignity.
